1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, placing orders, or purchasing energy storage items manufactured by Saket Enterprises under the brand Suryamukhi Green Energy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you are prohibited from using the store.

2. Account & Registration

To place online orders, customers must create a verified shipping profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your registered profile.

3. Product Orders & Manufacturing

All batteries and solar solutions are assembled and quality-checked at our factory center in Chitrakoot, Uttar Pradesh. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock shortages, pricing errors, or shipping zone restrictions in India.

4. GST and Pricing

All displayed product catalog listings exclude taxes. Tax invoice output generates a standard 18% GST (CGST/SGST) breakdown at checkout. Business profiles supplying verified GSTIN numbers can claim tax rebating offsets.

5. Limitation of Liability

Suryamukhi Green Energy (Saket Enterprises) will not be held liable for damages arising from incorrect installation, overload, short-circuit, or unauthorized modifications to LFP batteries.

6. Jurisdiction & Disputes

Any disputes arising from transactions on this storefront will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
