We collect personal information that you share with us during account registration and checkout. This includes your full name, verified contact/WhatsApp phone number, email address, physical delivery address, and optionally your company name and GSTIN for business billing.
Your shipping data is exclusively used to:
• Process and manufacture your battery orders at Saket Enterprises.
• Coordinate courier dispatch details and delivery updates.
• Provide warranty certificates linked to your user account.
• Send invoice updates and respond to customer service sizing requests.
All server communication is encrypted using secure SSL protocols. Customer passwords are never stored in plain text; they are cryptographically hashed using industry-standard BCRYPT algorithms. Payments are routed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
We use localized browser variables (localStorage) to store your temporary cart catalog items, product sizing inquiries, and current active session states. No promotional tracking cookies are injected to monitor your activity outside of our store domain.
We do not lease or sell customer data to advertising agencies. Your shipping information is only shared with trusted courier partners (e.g. Delhivery, Shiprocket) and gateway handlers solely to complete transaction delivery.
