Suryamukhi LFP batteries and Smart ESS enclosures are built-to-order based on individual sizing criteria. Once manufacturing queue processing starts at our factory (Saket Enterprises, Chitrakoot) which typically triggers 12 hours after booking, orders cannot be cancelled or altered.
All catalog battery models carry a **7-Year Factory-backed warranty**.
In the rare case of cell misalignment, voltage imbalance, or BMS logic issues:
• Customers must initiate a ticket with photo/video proof via WhatsApp support (+91 8009540370).
• If verified, the battery can be shipped back to our factory center for repair or component replacement.
• We do not charge for parts or labor under the warranty terms.
If heavy cargo shipping transit causes severe structural damage to the battery enclosure (confirmed at delivery time with the courier agent), we will arrange standard reverse-logistics collection and dispatch a brand-new replacement battery block at no additional cost.
Since lithium battery cells degrade if left unused or improperly wired, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Refund settlements are only processed if a technical defect is confirmed by our Chitrakoot factory QA laboratory and a repair or replacement is deemed impossible. Verified refunds are cleared back to the customer's source account within 7 to 10 working days.
